Day 1 - Small Wins
Okay, it's not actually day 1, but this is the first day after I journaled that I was starting this.
My wins from Day 1 (6/30/2023):
- Work out (shoutout to Jacob Martin for the great plan). I've wanted to work out for weeks. I decided in the morning it has to happen before the day. My boys joined me as well. They love to "work out" haha.
- No desserts. I even thought last night that I should just throw away the desserts that are in my house currently uneaten.
- Dinner outside. As a family we try to eat outside as often as possible. It just feels good to be outside and makes meal time more fun.
- An evening without work. I was intentional about putting my work aside and spending time with my wife.
