Cake and Ice Cream

Yesterday I really wanted to have some cake and ice cream (there was a family celebration going), but I thought about the last few days and how I had been a bit free in the amount of junk food I ate the last few days and decided to pass. 

While it really isn't a big deal if I would have eaten a slice of cake with some ice cream, it was important to me to kick start my habits again of eating healthy. 

I felt really good about it and most importantly I feel better that after a few days of losing track, I have started to get back on track. 

A couple of wins: 

- No cake and Ice cream
- Played pickleball for a few hours, it was fun to play a new game
