Day 13

I have to remind myself that the progress will come slow and steady and that this is a long game. Mentally I expect to have lost 20+ lbs, have a six pack, and be able to bench 400lbs haha. That being said, progress really has been great. I feel confident in the choices I'm making and the efforts I'm putting in to be more healthy. 

- I'm down 4.2lbs since I started. I'm really excited for my first milestone of under 210lbs.... 3lbs away! Its been a very long time since I've been under 210. 

- I've done some form of exercise everyday. Lots of lifting, I've been running, and really trying to just move throughout the day. It's felt really good. 

- Today I tested myself, I can do 17 normal pushups in one go. I hope by the end of the year I can do 40 in one go. 

- I've been eating a lot better. Although I should be better about small meals throughout the day so I don't feel an urge to stuff myself at dinner, overall I've had a lot better habits on the eating front. 

- I feel more positive about myself. 

Really excited for what is to come!
