Portion Control

I started working with a fitness coach a few weeks back. His name is Jacob Martin, he's been a great help to me since I met him in the middle of last year (2022). One of the things that he has me do is to send in a picture of all the food I eat. While such a simple task, it's been an extremely effective tool in helping me to improve my eating, as well as make sure I'm not eating too much. 

Every time I sit down to eat I'm thinking about what is on my plate and looking to intentionally set it up to be more balanced and manage my portions. I'm also taking all snacks and desserts into consideration and frequently turning them down more than I would have before. 

Overall, it's helped me eat less - I'm still getting more than enough food, but I'm not overeating as I was prone to do in the past.
