Success

It's been a really good week sticking to my goals and making consistent efforts to improve.

One of the biggest things I have done is avoid snacking and minimize the amount of processed food I am eating, while making sure I'm active through out the day. I've set the goal of 10,000 steps a day and I think I've been pretty successful at it. 

I'm also pretty pleased with how things have been the last couple of days. We are traveling, which normally means I eat like crazy. I've been extremely disciplined in sticking to my goals, keeping to 1 serving, and avoiding sugar. I've felt really good!
