Still at it!

 I've been awful at posting the last 10 days. I'm going to get back on it. 

I'm still doing great in my journey. From a weight gain perspective I haven't dropped weight, but I've essentially stayed the same around 203-205lbs range. I haven't been the most active in terms of intentional exercise (although I made sure to get 10k steps a day last week), and my food choices haven't been perfect, but I've maintained which has been very helpful for my moral. 

I'm really excited for this week to be intentional about working out and improving my eating. It hasn't been that I'm excessive, but I've ignored some small signals that my body has given me to let me know I don't need to keep eating. 

My biggest wins from the last week - 

1. 10K steps almost every day. It's become my new goal. It just feels good to move! I am trying to make it consistent throughout the day, rather than just an evening push to meet the goal. I'm also trying to get my boys out with me each morning to give them outside time and be active with them. 

2. I feel great! It's incredible how much better I've been feeling. I also feel like I'm looking more trim. While that isn't the only goal, it does so much for moral. It makes me feel excited about this journey.
