365 Days

 365 days straight. One goal - 40+ minutes of walking or running daily. 

I enjoy running, but have lived my life in waves of running. I believe the best success to running will come from consistency.

The goal is to develop the habit of consistent activity to see the impact of consistency on my running abilities. 

I don't have a race at the finish line. I don't have a distance goal, or how fast I should be running. I just want to commit to a process and perfect it and then see what it does to my abilities.

I am 3 days in. Here are my starting facts:
